High School Interdisciplinary Teacher丨高中部跨学科教师

I’ve been teaching at FLIS for eight years. I hold a Master’s degree in IT financial auditing systems and previously worked in the IT and business sectors. I enjoy sharing my professional experience with students and helping them connect classroom learning to real-world contexts. My teaching focuses on building a strong knowledge base while encouraging students to think critically, ask questions, and explore beyond the curriculum.

我在福州西湖国际学校执教已有八年，拥有IT财务审计系统领域的硕士学位，曾在IT和商业领域工作。我乐于与学生分享自己的行业经验，帮助他们将课堂知识与现实世界相连接。我的教学注重知识的系统性，同时鼓励学生批判性思考、积极提问，并拓展课程之外的学习视野。

I like to teach students by giving them examples and making them think about the content they are learning in a deeper way, and how does that relate to real life. Besides that, I heavily focus on discussions and critical thinking, and letting them discover the knowledge while I act more as a guide or a facilitator. I follow the structure of the curriculum and the class but I am not rigorous in that aspect if I see them that they are having a breakthrough because I don't want to stop their progress in that moment.

我喜欢通过举例教学，让学生更深入地思考所学内容及其与现实的关系。此外，我非常重视讨论和批判性思维，让学生在探索中发现知识，而我则更多地扮演引导者或促进者的角色。我遵循课程大纲和课堂安排，但如果发现学生正在取得突破，我不会过于拘泥于这些框架，因为我不希望在那个时刻阻碍他们的进步。
