I hold a Bachelor's degree in English Teaching and have 14 years of experience in English instruction and standardized test preparation. I’ve completed professional training programs including the ACT Teacher Certification Programme (Proficient Level) and the TOEFL iBT workshop, which have equipped me to support students effectively in their academic goals. I believe that effective teaching should empower students to take ownership of their learning and grow with confidence.

我拥有英语教学学士学位，具备14年英语教学及标准化考试备考经验。曾参加ACT教师资格认证计划（高级认证）及托福iBT考试研讨会等专业培训，能够有效帮助学生实现学术目标。我相信，真正有效的教学应激发学生的学习主动性，帮助他们自信成长。

My teaching philosophy is centered on student-centered learning, where I prioritize students’ individual needs, learning paces, and personal growth above all else. To achieve this, I create a safe, inclusive classroom environment that encourages students to express their thoughts, ideas, and questions openly without fear of judgment, helping them build confidence and critical thinking. I emphasize real-world language application over memorization by repetition, guiding students to use what they learn in real-life communication, daily tasks, and interactive activities. Equally important, I focus on helping students develop consistent, positive learning skills—such as active listening, timely task completion, regular review, and self-reflection—to support long-term academic success and independent learning ability. My goal is to inspire not just language competence, but also a lifelong love of learning.

我的教育哲学是以学生为中心，优先考虑学生的个体需求、学习节奏和个人成长。创造一个安全、包容的课堂环境，鼓励学生公开表达想法和问题而不必担心被评判，帮助他们建立自信和批判性思维。强调真实语言应用而非机械重复，通过现实生活的交流、日常任务和互动活动引导学生使用所学内容。同样重要的是，帮助学生培养持续、积极的学习技能——如主动倾听、及时完成任务、定期复习和自我反思——以支持长期学业成功和独立学习能力。目标是不仅激发语言能力，而且培养终身学习的热爱。
