I graduated from Fujian Normal University with a bachelor's degree in Chinese language and literature. This year is my fifth year of teaching at Fuzhou Lakeside International School. I think education is not a product, but a never-ending process. Samuel J. Meisels said that a teacher's ultimate ambition is to help his students reach their full potential. I would say that each of us is both a student and a teacher, and the secret to the growth mindset is to keep learning for life. I hope that in this school, on the way of growth, we can explore together, learn from each other and meet better ourselves.
我毕业于福建师范大学，拥有汉语言文学学士学位。今年是我在福州西湖国际学校任教的第五年。我认为教育不是一个产品，而是一个永无止境的过程。塞缪尔·J·梅索斯说过，教师的至高追求，就是以己之力帮助学生发掘他们的潜力。我想说，我们每个人既是学生又是老师，获得成长性思维的秘诀是保持终身学习。希望在这个校园里，在成长的道路上，我们一起探索，互相学习，遇见更好的自己。
