福州西湖国际学校于4月26日举行了一年一度的运动会！今年，在保留传统诸如接力赛、拔河、人行道涂鸦艺术等传统运动会活动外，上午场的形式与以往大有不同：我们以「五彩徒步」为主题在福州西湖公园内策划了一场寻宝活动，通过一系列运动与智趣相结合的活动，让同学们在挥洒汗水的同时也接触到不少有趣的小知识，希望大家都玩得尽兴！
Fuzhou Lakeside International School held its annual Sports Day on April 26! This year, as well as the traditional sports competitions such as relay race, sidewalk art, and tug-of-war to name a few, we also prepared a big surprise. In the morning we set up a treasure hunt activity themed "Colorful Walk.” Through a series of activities, students learned about the importance of team spirit, cooperation, and sportsmanship, and got lots of physical activity, the foundation of a healthy lifestyle. We hope everyone had a great time！



「五彩徒步」主题活动分为幼儿家庭组与小学团队战，活动共分为6个彩色赛段，参赛者需途经5个彩蛋小站，并完成每个小站的挑战任务，一路过关斩将，集齐五色彩蛋并抵达终点。幼儿园组以家庭为单位，爸爸妈妈借此机会放下繁忙的工作，与萌宝共度美好时光；小学混龄组更注重同学间的团队合作，大家齐心协力争取在最短时间内完成每个赛段的挑战，角逐前三名。此次运动会的赛段设置在著名旅游景点福州西湖公园内，FLIS一贯致力于将福州本土历史人文元素与国际教育理念相融合，本次运动会以西方传统节日复活节为契机，也为福州西湖公园带来了不一样的风景，FLIS倡导在运动中收获彩蛋，传递运动的快乐，分享节日的喜悦，许下缤纷的心愿。
The participants were divided into the ECE family team and the Primary department team. Starting from Fuzhou Lakeside International School, all participants passed through five colored egg stations. After successfully completing the station task, each participant got an egg. Walking through all the stations, finishing tasks and collecting all five eggs was regarded as the completion of the race. For the ECE team, it was a good opportunity for parents to put aside their busy schedules and spend quality time with their children. The Primary department teams put more emphasis on teamwork among the students. They made concerted efforts to complete the challenge of each station in the shortest time and compete for the top three places. The color walk race took place in Fuzhou Lakeside Park. FLIS has always been committed to fusing the local historical and humanistic elements of Fuzhou with the concept of international education. This race took the Western traditional Easter festival as an opportunity to enjoy the scenery of Fuzhou Lakeside Park. FLIS encouraged all students to participate and get all the colored eggs, spreading happiness all around!



下午，FLIS学子也就传统运动会项目展开了竞技，总积分最高的团队队员都得到了特别奖励！
In the afternoon, FLIS students participated in the traditional sports programs, and the team members with the highest total points were awarded special rewards.
